General Policies, Terms and Conditions
Included policies: guarantee, payment terms, credit, shipping, taxes, returns, pricing and privacy.
Targe Innovations believes in its products and offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all of its items. With the exception of custom orders, printed or embroidered products, all products can be returned for a credit. Some products are however, subject to a re-stocking fee. See below for additional information regarding returns.
In all cases, a return authorization number is required. The return authorization number must also be written on the shipment waybill or the returned product may not be accepted.
Payments and Credit Terms
All customers requesting credit terms are required to provide a credit card to be kept on file regardless of their credit status.
Targe Innovations, reserves the right to request a credit card or pre-payment on your first order, a large order or for customers which have previously had late payments.
Payments are to be made on individual invoices. Additional statements will not be issued unless additional interest is being applied for late payment.
Any invoice paid by credit card must be done so at time of order. Purchases placed on account must be paid by cheque. If you choose to settle your account by credit card at the 30 day due date a 2.5% credit card processing fee will be applied.
At 30 days all accounts not paid by due date are subject to an interest charge at the rate of 2% per month (24% per annum) until the balance is paid.
At 45 days a hold is put on all future and pending orders until such time as the account is settled.
At 90 days your credit card will be charged. Should your credit card be declined, the account will then be turned over for collections. In addition, all agency fees related to collections for your delinquent account will have to be paid (approximately 30% of the outstanding amount).
If your account passes 90 days, the second occurrence of delayed payment will result in your credit card being charged at 35 days. If there are any subsequent invoices that go beyond 90 days your account will be placed on permanent COD status.
Cheque payments with NSF status will have an additional charge of $42.50 applied to your account.
We reserve the right to revoke credit terms at any time.
We accept Cheques, VISA, MASTERCARD and wire transfer. Wire transfer payments are subject to a $15 fee. We do not accept American Express.
Orders being shipped to a verifiable, association or educational address can be invoiced. We request that payment is made within 30 days. If you would prefer to pay with a major credit card, please indicate this during your check out.
At Targe Innovations we believe in offering you the lowest price on all items without embedding shipping amounts within the price. Our shipping prices are based on the total weight or dimensional weight of your package and the postal code / zip code of the final destination. A minimum shipping charge of $8.35 CDN will apply to all orders. Below are listed our most frequently used carriers although should you have an account with a preferred carrier we would be happy to ship on your account.
Our shipping days are every Tuesday and Friday (except holidays). All in-stock products will be shipped on the next shipping day and most orders in major North American cities will be received in 3-5 business days after shipment.
If your product is not in stock or requires personalization, a Customer Services Representative will contact you with an estimated shipping date.
FREQUENTLY USED CARRIERS
Small Packages Under 30kg/66lbs
Small and individual packages not exceeding 30kg/66lbs will ship by either CanPar or Canada Post.
Freight or Heavy Packages
The selected carrier for any heavy packages or freight shipments will be based on individual quotations. We frequently use Cole International, Meyers Transport, or Air Canada Cargo. You will be provided with cost and transport time to select your preference.
If you require your product immediately, we can offer you expedited service. Please call to make these arrangements.
All orders are subject to G.S.T. or H.S.T. Customers located outside of Canada are responsible for any duty, customs or brokerage fees for orders arriving in their country.
If you have ordered the wrong product or are not satisfied for any reason, the product can be returned at your shipping expense within 30 days for a credit. All returns require authorization. Please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a return authorization and to ensure your credit is properly applied to your account. Your return authorization number must also be written on your returned product waybill or address.
With the return of your order please remember to include a copy of your invoice or a note containing your Company name, full address and telephone numbers as well as the reason for your return. Any garments or products worn, washed or used in game or practice conditions cannot be returned.

Our website is directly linked to e-commerce. As prices are updated, the new prices will be reflected on our website. In cases where the product is subject to a special sale or quantity discount, we will do our best to ensure you receive the lower price. If you wish to be removed from our mailing list, please contact us, we will be happy to cooperate. However, we periodically purchase mass mailing addresses from independent dealers and your address may be reinserted into our mailing list through this format. We apologize if this has occurred and would be happy to give you the name of our dealer so that you can stop this from occurring at the source.
