Targe Innovations believes in its products and offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee on the manufacturing of all of the products we make. With the exception of custom orders and misuse, all products can be returned for replacement or credit.
Some products are subject to a re-stocking fee. See below for additional information regarding returns.
If you are not happy with your product for any reason, please let us know. Customer satisfaction is our number one concern.
If you have ordered the wrong product or are not satisfied for any reason, the product may be returned at your shipping expense within 30 days for a credit. All returns require authorization. Please e-mail us to obtain a return authorization and to ensure your credit is properly applied to your account. With the return of your order please remember to include a copy of your invoice or a note containing your name, company name and contact information including address, telephone and e-mail. Please also include the reason for your return.
· Any garments or products worn, washed or used in game or practice conditions cannot be returned.
· Custom design orders (please see our custom order policies for details)
· Printed or embroidered items
· Product that has been misused.
· Any opened or used product.
· Any request beyond 30 days of receipt unless otherwise approved.
